Shorty's like a melody

If you don't like little kids or music, this story might not be funny to you. However, if you like kids & you like music, you will probably enjoy.

The other day, one of my 3rd grade babies was singing something kind of under his breath so I asked him, "whatcha' singin'?"... this is how the conversation proceeded:

N: Oh! (now singing loudly) Shorty's like a melody in my head ah na na na every day, it's like my iPod's stuck on replayyyy!

Me: Oh my goodness.

N: Hey Miss Steel, don't you think it's weird that that song is stuck in my head and it's called replay? That's so weird!

Yeah, he's a real cute kid. :)
