Good people
Stumbled across this article tonight. Sweet story about how a large airline pilot stuck out his neck, compromised his flight schedule, and put himself in a position to deal with hundreds of disgruntled customers just to do what he thought was the right thing for a stranger. Another reason why I love to fly Southwest.
