Pumpkin Day

Since it has been raining in Waco for the past 4 days I have seriously been in the fall mood. Today the sun was peaking out so I decided I should take full advantage of the fall-ish weather before the stupid Texas fake-fall weather started again. I declared that today should be Pumpkin Day at my house! What does that entail? Well, let me show you...

It is still undecided how many Pumpkin Days there will be, but I'm thinking it should, at the very least, become a bi-monthly occasion. Healthy food is overrated and at least my latte was nonfat and with light whip... that's got to count for something!
